We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not list properties and we do not represent sellers. We may buy a property directly or assign our purchase contract to an investor partner who completes the purchase. We will tell you which before you sign, and we provide any disclosures required by Missouri or Kansas law.

Submitting a form or speaking with us does not obligate you to sell or us to buy. Any price we discuss is not binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement.
